Lolita’s Cocina & Tequila Bar

Welcome to my best kept secret in Boston! Prime location between Bolyston and Newbury on Dartmouth St (right across from the Copley T Stop), tons of people pass this gem without noticing it’s dark ominous door peeking out from the brick wall. If you are so lucky to pursue this edible opportunity, climb down the stairs to my favorite Mexican lair in town! Reservations are a MUST because all the foodies and romantics take over the bar from open (5pm) to close (2am). Find them at… http://www.lolitatequilabars.com

Their main website reads:

Tequila Made Me Do It

The lack of responsibility promoted in this establishment of dining is basically a mecca for people like me. Young, restless, and unsure of what they want… so why not have it all? I would describe the theme as vampire-ish. With the sexy red velvet walls and ice black fencing lining the various dining areas, it’s hard not to feel just as sultry as the decor.

Drinks:

spicy cucumber
—don julio blanco, serrano chiles, combier liqueur, muddled cucumber

diablo
—lunazul rep, combier, serrano chiles, blood oranges, pineapple & strawberry

Favorite Things To Order:

I want it all guacamole
—sample all three specialty guacamoles:picante, especial & pork belly

blackened shrimp queso
bubbling hot asadero cheese, chorizo sausage, roasted poblano, mushroom & cilantro pesto

lobster enchilada
— ancho-orange glazed atlantic lobster, chipotle chile, fire-roasted corn & monterey jack cheese

carne asada
—marinated skirt steak with corn tortillas, guacamole, salsa roja & charred jalapeños

The manager is also my main man. Every time I go to Lolita’s (usually for a celebration), he’s always hooked it up for me with free double shots of tequila with orange peels. If you go, tell him Vanessa from China (and ) says “HOLA.”

Till we meet again…

  1. Superb site you have here but I was wanting to know
if you knew of any forums that cover the same topics discussed in this article?
I’d really like to be a part of community where I
can get advice from other knowledgeable people that share the same interest.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know. Cheers!

  2. Not so long ago, companies could reach out to the community with
little more than a website. The SEO have exported the know services that are exactly
how effectively place your site on a Search
engines so that you can get major traffic daily.

Customers that have an appreciation for your business are the best ones because
it means they will be back for more and tell others about your
    services.

  3. Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text in your post
seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer.
I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to
do with browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know.
The layout look great though! Hope you get the problem fixed
    soon. Kudos
